One heart, 10,000 steps

This year we’ve enlisted the help of the British Heart Foundation and together we want to get the nation walking its way to a healthier heart. Throughout 2012, we’ll have advice, support and real life stories to show you how easy it is to look after your heart. We’ll be following the progress of our volunteers, as they endeavor to make the little changes that make a big difference.
